CORNFLAKE CHICKEN 
1 c. crushed cornflakes
1 (0.6 oz.) envelope zesty Italian dressing mix
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
6 chicken breast boned and skinned

Combine first 4 ingredients in a dish. Dip chicken in milk; roll in crumb mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
