1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg

Mix all ingredients. Roll into teaspoon-size balls and place on cookie sheet. Make criss-cross pattern on each cookie with fork. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 10-12 minutes.
