HEAVENLY HALIBUT 
1 lb. halibut
1 gal. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. salt

Cut halibut into bite-sized chunks (about 1 inch cube). Bring water, sugar and salt to boil in stockpot. Drop fish pieces into boiling water. Boil gently until fish pieces rise to the surface of the water. Serve with drawn butter, as for lobster.
