SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN 
2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
2 jars LaChoy Sweet & Sour sauce
Salt, pepper, ginger to taste
2 bags Success rice

Cut chicken in bite size pieces. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with sauce and seasoning. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Cook rice and put around edge of platter. Pour chicken in center.
