MINTED HOT COCOA MIX 
2 to 3 pieces of 4 to 6 inch peppermint candy
1 c. non-dairy coffee creamer
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. cocoa

Crush peppermint by placing in a ziplock bag and crushing with hammer or mallet. Mix this with other ingredients. Yield: 2 1/2 cups. To make cocoa: Add 1/2 cup mix to 3/4 cup hot water.
