5 lbs. flour 5 pkgs. peas (frozen), may substitute corn 15 lbs. meat 10 lbs. potatoes Cut cooked pot roast into pieces and cooked potatoes in cubes. Make gravy with flour and meat stock. Add meat and peas. For the top use either some of the potatoes, mashed or biscuit crust. Serves 70. |
