CORN AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1/2 c. butter 1 1/4 c. flour 1 qt. hot chicken broth 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. onion 1 qt. chicken (cooked and diced) 1 qt. cooked corn 3/4 c. grated cheese 2 or 3 tbsp. breadcrumbs tossed in 1 tbsp. melted butter Melt butter, mix flour and broth like gravy. Mix everything together. Pour into a baking casserole pan or dish. Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs on top. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes. |
