SWEDISH COCONUT COOKIES 
2 c. butter (no substitute)
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. finely ground coconut
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients and shape into rolls. Refrigerate overnight. Slice very carefully and bake until very light brown (at 350 degrees). These are very fragile but are also very good.
