MALLARD DUCK BREASTS 
Duck breasts
Bacon
Lemon pepper
Coffee grounds (not instant)
Toothpicks

May use any kind of duck breasts. In a.m. wrap bacon around breasts as for a fillet; fasten with toothpick. Sprinkle generously with lemon pepper on both sides, let sit in refrigerator all day, or at least 3 hours. When ready to broil, sprinkle with ground coffee on both sides. Broil to medium well.
