SPINACH PIE 
2 onions, diced
3 sticks butter
2 pkgs. chopped spinach
1/4 c. parsley
2 tsp. dill
4 eggs
1/4 lb. Feta cheese
1/2 lb. Munster cheese
1/2 lb. lg. curd cottage cheese
1 box Phyllo dough

Saute onion in 1/2 stick butter. When onions are golden, stir in (well drained) spinach. Beat eggs; add remaining ingredients. Mix well; add to onion and spinach mixture. Using pan large enough to fit phyllo dough, layer each sheet spreading the remaining butter on each sheet. Use 11 sheets. Add mixture; top with remaining sheets. Making sure to butter each layer. Score for size. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown. When cool, cut through.
