1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 bag miniature peanut butter cups

Blend flour, baking soda and salt. Add remaining ingredients except peanut butter cups. Roll into balls the size of walnuts. Put these in the small sized muffin pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. While baking, unwrap peanut butter cups (they must be pressed into cookies while still hot). Remove cookies from oven, press peanut butter cups in and let cool before removing from pans. Makes about 40.
