CHEESECAKE 
1 pyrex cake or pie dish
16 graham crackers, crushed
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted

Mix ingredients and press around dish. Save some to sprinkle on top.

1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Mash both packages of cream cheese with a fork. Add egg, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Pour onto crust.

Mix sour cream, 4 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Spread on pie and top with crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for no more than 20 minutes. Chill in refrigerator overnight or all day.
