CLAM DIP 
2 cans of minced or chopped clams & juice
1 stick of butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 garlic clove
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. bread crumbs
Dash of red & white pepper
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

Simmer all ingredients for 15 minutes, then add bread crumbs. Put in casserole. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees or microwave for 5 minutes. Delicious with vegetables or crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
