3/4 c. low calorie mayonnaise 1 carrot, coarsely grated 1 stalk celery, chopped 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 tbsp. grated onion 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 c. medium macaroni shells, cooked 1 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) can water packed tuna, drained and coarsely flaked About 30 minutes before serving: in medium bow, combine first 8 ingredients. Stir in macaroni and tuna until evenly coated; refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 4 generous servings. 300 calories per serving. |
