SPINACH PIE 
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheese
2 tbsp. flour
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked slightly, drained well

Toss cheese with flour. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings. Add cheese mix and spinach. Mix well. Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan or quiche dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cut in wedges to serve as a side dish.
