3 LAYER RAISIN PIE 
1 c. raisins, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cloves
2 eggs

Cook until thick, stirring constantly as it burns easily. Cool completely.

Add 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar and mix well. Whip 1 cup whipping cream and fold into cheese mixture. Spread half of mixture into a baked 9 inch pie shell. Add raisin mixture and rest of cream and cheese mixture. Refrigerate.
