21. PUNCH
(Use only 1 if using champagne - then may add 2nd). Serves 30 cups.

Make ice mold with orange juice or lemonade several days ahead. Decorate with orange slices, red, green cherries.

Combine, boil and cool. Unmold ice ring into punch bowl; add juices and liquor; add ginger ale. Yield: approximately 30 (6 ounce) servings.

Mix together and pour into punch bowl.

Boil water and sugar until ... occasionally to keep from settling. After freezing, you may add another 2 liter 7-Up until the punch is slushy.



Mix all ingredients together and serve from punch bowl. Make ice ring with ... Recipe can be cut in half. (One- half of the vodka is 12.8 ounce.)

Blend all ingredients. Serve chilled.

Combine above. Scoop balls of lime, orange, raspberry sherbet ice cream on top.

Mix champagne, vodka and brandy. Add ginger ale just before serving. Place in punch bowl with ice ring.

OPTIONAL: Freeze cherry juice in ... container to float in punch. Be sure all ingredients are cold. Mix together about 15 minutes before serving.
