CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crabmeat, shells removed
1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
1 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise
1/3 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. baking powder
Dash of pepper
1/3 c. onion, chopped very fine
1/3 c. celery, chopped
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1 lg. egg, beaten well
Approximately 12 Saltine crackers, crumbled very fine

Mix all ingredients well; make into cakes. Fry quickly, browning on both sides, or deep fry to a golden brown. Makes 8 or 9 delicious crab cakes. Drain on paper towels, then ready to serve.
