1/2 c. plain lowfat yogurt
12 oz. orange juice
Blend until fruit is smooth.
May substitute any fresh or canned fruit (without sugar). May use frozen fruit for a frosty drink. Alternatively, after fruit is pureed, it can be frozen in ice cube trays, then processed in a blender to make slushies.
Makes 2 (12 oz.) servings (1-1/2 cups each). Calories: 170 per serving.
