|MARYLAND CRAB CAKES|
1 lb. crabmeat
1/2 c. bread crumbs, cracker crumbs or panko
1 tbsp. finely chopped Italian parsley or chopped celery leaves
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1 egg, beaten
5 tbsp. real mayonnaise
Pick crabmeat. Combine bread crumbs, egg, mayonnaise, parsley, Worcestershire, mustard, and Old Bay Seasoning.
Pour mixture over crabmeat and fold in lightly but thoroughly. Form into 6 crabcakes. Broil until golden brown or deep fry at 350°F for about 2-3 minutes.
