1 lb. American cheese
8 tbsp. Miracle Whip
5 1/2 tsp. horseradish
3 tsp. Tabasco
Pinch of sugar
Salt & pepper to taste

Grate cheese - combine with all other ingredients. Chill and store in covered container.
