2 c. pickled beets, chopped 3 c. green cabbage, chopped 1 onion, chopped 2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. celery seed In a bowl combine all ingredients; mix thoroughly. Place in a covered jar. Chill for 3 days before serving. Yield: 5 cups. |
