SAUSAGE, APPLES AND ONIONS 
1 lb. regular bulk sausage
1 lg. onion, sliced
3 tart apples, sliced
Butter and cinnamon

Break up the sausage and fry in a large pan. Drain off fat. Saute the onion in butter. Layer the sausage, apples and onions into a pretty casserole with dots of butter and dashes of cinnamon. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
