TOMATO RELISH 
2 gal. green tomatoes, quartered
1 gal. chunked onions
1 qt. apple cider vinegar
2 c. hot peppers
6 bell peppers, chopped
3 c. sugar
Salt to taste

Put all ingredients in large pot. Pour in vinegar. Bring to boil. Let boil exactly 5 minutes. Put in jars and seal.
