A SALAD DELIGHT 
3 lg. bananas, sliced
3 lg. apples, diced
1 lg. can pineapple, no juice
1 lb. pitted dates
1/2 lb. marshmallows (cut up)
1/4 lb. pecans

DRESSING:

4 egg yolks
8 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 lb. butter
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. paprika
4 tsp. sugar
1 pt. heavy cream

Mix eggs and vinegar; cook slowly until it thickens, stirring constantly. Add butter and stir. Add other ingredients and allow to thicken. Set aside to cool. Then whip 1 pint heavy cream and add to mixture. Serves 4.
