HAZEL'S HAMBURGER SAUCE 
1 1/2 gallon tomatoes, ripe, cut up with skins removed
1/2 gallon onions, chopped
4 hot peppers, chopped
1/2 sm. box cinnamon
1 1/2 pts. vinegar
4 c. sugar
4 sweet peppers, chopped
3 tbsp. salt

Cook slow until thick, stirring quite often. Seal in hot, sterilized jars.
