CHINESE PEA PODS 
1 lb. flank steak

Cut across grain 1/4 inch slices by 2 inches long.

SAUCE:

4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. dry sherry
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. Accent or substitute 1/4 tsp. salt

Mix together and marinate for 1/2 hour. In skillet, put 2 tablespoons oil. Add little salt and heat on high flame until hot. Add 1 pound pea pods; stir fry for 1 minute in oil. Remove pea pods and add 2 tablespoons more oil. Heat; stir meat in and cook about 4 to 5 minutes. Add pea pods. Mix and serve with rice and salad.
