HOT PARMESAN PUFFS 
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. minced onion
1/3 c. grated parmesan
1/8 tsp. cayenne or red pepper
1 loaf close texture bread

Mix cream cheese, mayo, onion, parmesan, cheese, and pepper. Cut bread in squares or rounds and trim crust and bake at 300°F for 5 minutes to harden. Spread mixture on bread. Sprinkle with parmesan and paprika, (freeze like this) or broil until puffy and golden brown on top, watch closely.
