TCHAIKOWSKY TCHICKEN 
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
Flour to coat chicken
Dash of onion powder & pepper
5 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. duck sauce (or more)
Crushed macadamia nuts

Season flour with onion powder and pepper. Dredge chicken in flour. Pan fry in 2 tablespoons butter. Take out and set aside. Add to pan:

3 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. duck sauce (you may have to add more)

Stir it up and pour over chicken. Crush macadamia nuts and sprinkle over chicken.
