PEACH JAM 
10 peaches
1 3/4 oz. pkg. powdered fruit pectin
2 tbsp. lemon juice
5 1/2 c. sugar

Peel peaches and grind. In a kettle, combine peaches, pectin and lemon juice and bring to boil. Stir in sugar and boil for 1 1/2 minutes, constantly stirring. Remove from heat and pour into airtight jars.
