CAULIFLOWER DIP 
2 lg. (8 oz.) cakes cream cheese
5 oz. jar blue cheese spread (Bordens)
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt to taste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix above ingredients together with the mixer until smooth. Add a little water if a thinner dip is desired. Serve with raw cauliflower and/or other raw vegetables.
