9 inch pie crust shell
3 med. tart red apples
Cinnamon
3/4 stick butter
1 egg
1 c. sugar

Grate 3 medium tart apples into pie shell. Melt butter. Mix butter, egg and sugar. Drizzle over apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
