CHICKEN POT PIE 
4 chicken breasts
1/2 stick butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 can chicken broth
1 stick celery, sliced
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1 can peas, drained
2 carrots, cut up
1 can biscuits

1. Bake chicken breasts, cut up. Set aside.

2. Melt butter. Add flour, 2/3 can of broth (should be similar to a medium sauce). Add chicken.

3. Cook carrots, celery and onion in remainder of broth until tender.

4. Add peas.

5. Mix everything together.

6. Place in baking pan.

7. Top with biscuits.

8. Bake at 400 degrees until brown.
