CHERRIES IN THE SNOW 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
2 cans cherry pie filling
1 angel food cake, cubed

Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Then add confectioners' sugar, milk, and vanilla. Beat until blended. Fold in Cool Whip. You will layer the ingredients until they are gone, starting with the cake, then a layer of cream cheese mixture, then cherries. Continue layering until all ingredients are used.
