EASY PECAN PIE 
5 eggs
1 c. white sugar
1 stick plus 2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
8 oz. bag of whole pecans
1 premade 10" pie crust

Mix eggs and sugar together. Add the rest of the ingredients except pecans. Pour into premade pie crust. Cover edge of crust with foil. Cover filling with whole pecans. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees. For doneness see how loose middle is. Cook until set.
