HONEY WALNUTS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. water
3 c. walnut halves

Mix sugar, honey and water; bring to boil. Cook to soft ball (235 degrees). Remove from heat, add 1/2 TEASPOON VANILLA; stir in walnut halves; continue stirring until syrup becomes thick and creamy; turn onto wax paper, separate each half with fork.
