FROZEN PEANUT BUTTER CUPS 
1 c. heavy or whipping cream
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
Chocolate curls for garnish

Beat whipping cream until stiff. In large bowl beat marshmallow cream, cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Line muffin pans and fill with mousse mixture. Cover and freeze at least 3 hours. Makes 8 servings, about 320 calories.
