PARTY POTATOES 
4 large red potatoes
2 tbsp. butter
4 strips bacon
1/4 cup chopped onions
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup shredded cheese

Boil red potatoes until soft. Cook bacon in frying pan or microwave until completely cooked. Cut potatoes into small chunks. Cut bacon into small pieces.

Put butter in pan over medium heat. Fry potatoes while constantly flipping. After 10 minutes add in bacon and onions. Flip occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. Fry until potatoes are golden brown.

Add shredded cheese on top when done.

Serve and enjoy!
