SOY SAUCE SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1 sliced onion
1 sliced cucumber
Bite size pieces of beef

DRESSING:

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. oil

1. Prepare vegetables in large serving bowl.

2. Slice beef into bite size pieces.

3. Mix soy sauce, vinegar and oil in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

4. Put sliced beef in the soy sauce mixture.

5. Remove the beef when the color has changed.

6. Add it to the vegetables.

7. Continue to boil dressing.

8. Add dressing to vegetables and beef.
