STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB PIE 
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 c. cut up rhubarb
2 c. sliced fresh strawberries
1 tbsp. butter
2 crusts for 9 inch pie

Combine flour, sugar and lemon peel; mix with rhubarb and strawberries. Place in pie crust. Top with butter. Cover with top crust. Cut slits in top crust. Bake in 425 degree oven for 40-50 minutes.
