CRANBERRY MUFFINS | |
2 c. unbleached flour 1 c. whole wheat flour 1/2 c. oil 2/3 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tbsp. baking powder Whole cranberry sauce or favorite preserves Mix altogether and place in greased muffin pans. In the center of each, place 1 teaspoon of whole cranberry sauce (or your favorite fruit or preserves). Bake at 350 degrees approximately 20 minutes. |
