1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped (or Cool Whip)
1 1/2 tbsp white sugar
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened to room temperature and beaten
1/2 bag mini marshmallows
15 maraschino cherries, cut up
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. broken nut meats

Whip cream; add sugar and softened cream cheese. Add fruit and nuts and freeze in small greased molds. To serve, set in hot water for a second and arrange on top of a leaf of lettuce with a cherry on top.
