MOZZARELLA CHEESE STICKS 
1 lb. packaged Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. flavored bread crumbs
vegetable oil (for frying)

Slice the Mozzarella into flat wedges or strips. Prepare 1 bowl with flour, 1 bowl with beaten eggs and 1 bowl with bread crumbs. Take each Mozzarella strip and coat with flour, beaten egg and then bread crumbs. Immediately after coating, fry each stick in hot oil (about 1/4-inch deep) for 1 or 2 minutes on each side until breading is golden brown and cheese is melted.

Note: In order to get the best results, fry the coated sticks as soon as possible while coating is still fresh and don't let the oil get too hot during frying.
