TURKEY STUFFING 
2 loaves French bread
6 lg. celery stalks
1/2 c. chopped parsley (fresh)
3/4 cube butter
1 med. onion
1/2 gal. milk or less
3/4 lb. hamburger
3/4 lb. sausage
Poultry seasoning to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Sage to taste

In large bowl, crumble bread and add milk to moisten; set aside. Cook hamburger and sausage until done. In separate pan melt butter; add onion, celery and parsley. Add meats to butter mixture and add both to bread; mix well. Stir in seasonings to taste. Place in turkey and bake as directed.
