AVOCADO & TOMATO SALAD 
1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. basil

2 avocados 2 green onions Parsley

Mix all ingredients for dressing and chill. Cut up vegetables. Pour dressing on top and sprinkle with parsley. Serve on Romaine lettuce.
