ORANGE GLAZE SWEET POTATOES 
2 lb. potatoes or yams, boiled
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. orange juice (fresh is better)
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Cut potatoes in large slices and put in buttered baking dish. Combine sugars, cornstarch and orange juice. Cook 5 minutes. Add salt and butter; pour over potatoes. Bake in oven about 20 minutes.
