SPINACH SOUFFLE 
2 pkgs. chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
3 eggs
1 lb. cottage cheese
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. flour
1 stick butter

Mix all ingredients well with electric mixer or in blender. Bake in 2 quart souffle casserole dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
