GAZEBO CHEESE SOUP 
1/2 stick butter
chopped onion (1 regular or 3 green)
2 to 4 grated carrots (depending on size)
3 stalks celery, chopped
3 cans potato soup
2 cans chicken or beef broth
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 carton sour cream
2 to 3 drops Tabasco sauce

Sauté onions and celery in butter. Add chicken broth, carrots and Tabasco and simmer 30 minutes. Add potato soup, cheese and sour cream. Simmer 15 minutes.
