TEMPT-ME TRUFFLES 
4 c. powdered sugar (plus extra for last step)
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
5 sq. (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
Chopped toasted almonds
Cocoa

Gradually add 4 cups powdered sugar to cream cheese, mixing well after each addition. Add chocolate and vanilla, and mix well. Chill several hours.

Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll each ball in almonds, cocoa, or powdered sugar. Chill.

Makes 4 dozen.
