EASY FISH CHOWDER | |
1 lg. diced onion 3 potatoes, cubed 3 diced carrots 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2 lbs. scrod or cod Saute onion until golden in butter. Add carrots, potatoes and 3 cups water until vegetables are crisp done. Add fish to above. Cook until fish flakes. Add cream of mushroom soup undiluted and 1 cup milk. Heat through. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot with oyster crackers. |
